A new way to support Villa Alba and take care of the environment!
Villa Alba Museum is registered as a donation partner with Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme. Each eligible drink container returned to a collection centre can become a 10 cent contribution to the restoration and support of Villa Alba. Not only that, any amount donated over $2 can be claimed as a tax deduction, so your efforts in supporting us and taking care of the environment will be rewarded.
Full details of the Scheme, eligible container types and collection centres are on the Scheme’s website. Any collection site in Victoria can accept containers for Alba Villa donations – not just local ones. You can find your closest collection centre on this interactive map.
When returning containers, please quote our Donation Partner ID – C2000008655 – or ask the staff to scan the barcode below.
Note that we are unable to accept drink containers on the property in Kew. Please return containers to the collection centre most convenient to you. The closest centre to Villa Alba itself is the IGA Abbotsford at 306-310 Johnston Street, Abbotsford.
